My training is through Seattle Pacific University with a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am trained as a systems therapist, and will help you look at your past, present, and future. I interned for two years at Lynnwood Compass Health counseling children, adults, families and couples. I also worked in the Edmonds School District counseling students and coordinating with teachers and families. I have had extensive training in dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and ADD/ADHD.
I have been in private practice for 16 years and I have shifted my focus to working with adults of all ages in the comfort of your own home via Zoom and phone consultations.
I also have a Masters in Education from Seattle Pacific University and a background teaching special and regular education in the Shoreline School District. My Bachelors was in Special Education from Western Washington University.
I am a wife and mother of two wonderful Korean born children who are now adults.
